Hello Scot
I have bought address labels with my info to place on the back of my photo’s (Except for one lab that adds my web site already), I have tried to print my info on the back but the ink never dry’s (in a time I am willing to wait). Is there away to print on the back of the Photo’s?
Thank you
Anthony
Thank you! Love the template.
Scott;
Thanks for all the new and fresh ideas. I am a new member and just recently purchase the PhotoShop Elements 8. I wanted you to know that I also purchase a book w/CD to learn the program, but I am learning faster by watching your tutorials. Just wanted to say thank you, for I am one of the old dogs that is trying to learn a new trick. Jackie
Hi Anthony,
If you purchased the simple white mailing labels, they should dry instantly. We’ve used the small ones that come 80 on a sheet and they work GREAT!
We used a stamp before and they take forever to dry and took way to much time. Go with the small mailing labels and you’ll be fine!
Great Video and Information Scott! This is a great marketing tool! Thanks!
Hi Scott,
even though I don’t celebrate Thanksgiving as I live in Australia, I still enjoyed this clip as I realized I could use this type of card idea for Christmas, Easter, Birthdays, Special Occasions like Baptisms etc. Thanks for the information, as always, its very helpful. I just wanted to add that its nice to have a photographer with the experience you have who is willing to share that with others like myself, who are just starting out in the photography business world and I don’t have to spend a hugh amount of money to gain more knowledge.
Thanks Very Much, I really appreciate your blogs.

Hi Scott,
thought I would share an idea I am currently trialing that might be of help to some others. I was wanted to get into business photography. Photographing a businesses products and services so they have a collection of photos they can then use on their web pages, or for advertising etc. What I have done is design a postcard size handout that has a small section of my business photos on the front and on the back some key points on who I am and what I can do to improve their business image, and profits with my photography. Naturally I have my contact details, web page etc on there and also in bold print I offer a FREE GIFT with each booking received. I have made up and had printed A4 size flip chart calendars from my landscape photographs which is the FREE Gift they receive. That way they are hanging my calendars in their business premises, giving me free advertising for the next 12 months, and they get something for nothing, which everyone likes.
Hope this is useful to someone. Any calendars left over I will give out at Christmas time to family and friends.
Regards,
Cindy
Thank you for the template. this is a great one.thank you again
Hi Scott,
As Reece says, a great marketing tool, variations of which can be used for any national holiday like Christmas, Easter etc. Thank you!
If you use larger white labels (not pre-addressed ones) you can also print a logo or another small sample photograph alongside your address details. Show you’re more than a one-pic wonder!
Cindy, the calendar idea is a great one. I have done the small calendars for family but never thought to give them as free gifts instead of a print to customers, see, we can learn something from everyone. The ones I do are 1/2 the size of a regular calendar and are very simple to do. If you are printing multiples instead of one photo per page for different people it would be faster than custom for a person. Thanks for the reminder.
Scott, thanks for posting this for us.
Very good video..Enjoyed it alot. Keep up the good work =)
Just wanted to leave a tidbit for new users of photoshop CS5. To get the picture to drag into the other picture you have to undock it. Just drag it to the middle of the side then you can drag it in whatever you want. The other photoshop don’t lock it in as CS5 does.
