How To Create A Photography Business Portfolio – Simple Technique   April 1st, 2010

I received an email the other day from one of our NPB subscribers wanting to know “How To Create A Portfolio” to show prospects. So…I decided to create a video explaining how I would create a portfolio from scratch and gain some additional benefits in the process.

Watch the short video below to see how you can follow this simple technique.

As usual…post a comment and let me know what you think. :-)

Enjoy!

Another common problem new photographers have…is creating their (IM) Aka: Interest Magnet. This is a portrait to create desire for their services. Check out some of our IM’s  that we’ve created and now offer to our NPB club members.

Hey Scott:
I am targeting ‘pet photography’…I love this idea, however, when you consult w/groomer(whatever business), do I offer them a percentage of sales? What do they expect in return?

Hi Scott.
I have to say I am extremely impressed with the promptness of your reply. I can\’t thank you enough because there are so many people out there with an invaluable amount of knowledge, but are un-willing to share it. I will be putting your advice into practice, and will keep the fellow members here updated. I hope your unconditional help keeps coming.
Thanks so much.

Great video tutorial on how to promote your business. I worked with my dentist with some of the same ideas. We ran a promotion in his office called “Pretty Smiles”. The response was overwhelming.

Thank you for sharing…

Cheri, For this type of promotion you might only drawing one person as a winner so there wouldn\’t be much to give to the groomer. I approached a groomer and asked about putting in a sample and drawing box and told them that when the clients book a session they would be re grooming their dogs for it and that benifits the groomer.
