Hi Scott!
I love taking all your lessons and I have learned so much from when I first fell in love with photography, but I have photoshop elements 6. It is somewhat different than from the one you give us our lessons on. Do you suggest that I update to a newer photoshop because its kind of hard to follow along when I don’t have the same one. Hope to hear from you real soon.

You should of been a teacher!! Your work is so easy to understand. I really enjoy all your lessons. Your videos are teaching me so many wonderful and helpful ideas. May your business be blessed as much as you bless all of us.

I’m glad you’re enjoying the video lessons.

I don’t think you really have to upgrade to the latest version of Photoshop. I own Elements 6 too…and the tools are pretty universal. I have created some videos in Elements and try to use the tools that most versions have.

I may be creating a series of videos in Elements 8 at some point this year. I’ll keep you posted.

Scott, how did you get all of your backgrounds into your computer? I currently have no backgrounds available to me. I have seen disks on e-bay with many backgrounds on them, but I have not purchased any yet. Suggestions?

I have seen two of your videos and am considering joining the club. However, I cannot figure out how you lay the background behind the picture. When I do it they bleed into each other.
As you can tell, I am new to all of this, yet I find myself responsible for producing a photo-directory for my organization, so I need to figure this stuff out ASAP.
How do you place a picture on top of a background without getting the error, “cannot move (a) because it is part of the same document.”?
